Anh-Thu brings over three decades of experience in creative vision and strategic leadership to culture-defining work for some of the world’s most celebrated companies and storytelling platforms. Having worked across marquee brands such as Apple, Airbnb, Disney, Levi’s, Gatorade, PlayStation, Nissan, The Recording Academy, The International Olympic Committee and Pepsi, to disrupt convention and turn bold ideas into reality, she built a legacy of leadership at one of the industry’s most iconic agencies TBWA\Chiat\Day - recognized as Adweek's Global Agency of the Year, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, and Ad Age's A-List Network - delivering bold, transformative work.

Her achievements include top honors from Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clios, Effies, Webby, Shorty Awards, ADC, LIA and more. A recipient of the inaugural Jay Chiat Minority Advertising Training Program, Anh-Thu brings a global production footprint spanning six continents and a diverse, strategic perspective to her storytelling and leadership, delivering ambitious work across media, music, design, branded content, original filmmaking, and other disciplines.

Her passion for creative arts extends beyond commercial work. Independently, she produced the acclaimed documentary Bella Vita, which debuted at the San Sebastián International Film Festival and toured worldwide, earning Best Cinematography and Audience Choice Awards, followed by theatrical release in 30+ countries, iTunes, collector’s DVD, Netflix, and digital platforms - and is now distributed by Lionsgate Entertainment. As a true creative and seasoned executive, Anh-Thu often uses her craft and creativity to raise awareness for charitable organizations, authentically representing the underrepresented and giving voice to those yet to be heard.

She has juried top shows including Cannes Lions, Ciclope, AICP, Ad Age Creativity Awards, and Shots Awards The Americas, where she was Head Judge for the Direction category. She also judged the 2025 D&AD Awards for Production Design & Craft and was named to Adweek’s Creative 100 list as an Agency Leader Defining a New Era.

Alongside her creative and production work, her entrepreneurial endeavors span luxury consumer goods, real estate ventures, and curated wine initiatives - where she understands the importance of branding and cultivating consumer experiences that break through to become cultural icons. She is an active member of the Television Academy, serving on the Commercials Peer Group Executive Committee, and a founding member of the California Surf Club, a collective at the intersection of culture, creativity, and visionaries, connecting ideas and people in meaningful collaboration, inspired by a shared passion for the ocean and the arts.
